Getting started

We start with a consultation to discuss your goals, requirements, and budget. From there, we review the scope, suggest solutions, and outline timelines and deliverables. Finally, we provide a detailed proposal or quote with costs and terms.

Before work begins, we gather key details through discovery sessions or kickoff meetings to clarify goals, audiences, features, budget, and timelines. This helps define scope, reduce risks, and create a clear project roadmap.

Select Pricing & Payments

Website costs depend on size, design, features, and whether it’s custom-built or template-based. Extra costs include content, hosting, domain, and maintenance. At Beedesigned Studio, our Grower Package is $550 for a mid-sized site with 6 static pages, free hosting for a year, and delivery in 20 business days. For information, visit our pricing page.

Payment options usually depend on the contracted developer. However, in most cases you should be able to pay through online methods. Here at Beedesigned Studio,  we accept online Stripe payments as well as local and international bank transfers.

Support & Maintenance

Post-project training may include walkthroughs, demos, and guidance on daily tasks via CMS or admin tools. Teams often provide documentation, tutorials, or workshops so staff can confidently manage and maintain the product.

Bug fixes follow a structured process: issues are reported, prioritized by severity, tested in staging, and then deployed. Regular monitoring and client communication ensure stability and transparency.

Post-launch maintenance covers bug fixes, security updates, monitoring, and backups. Many teams also handle updates, compatibility checks, and enhancements, with options for upgrades and content updates to keep the product stable and up to date.

Timelines & Deliverables

Branding and visual design start with understanding identity, values, and audience, then translating them into colors, typography, and style guides. The goal is a cohesive, usable, and engaging experience that reinforces the brand.

Interactive prototypes let teams and stakeholders experience a product’s look and flow before coding. They validate usability, reveal issues early, and align designers, developers, and clients—reducing misunderstandings and costly revisions.

Usability testing observes real users completing tasks to uncover obstacles or confusion. Methods include moderated sessions, remote tests, A/B tests, and task evaluations. Results reveal hidden issues, guiding improvements for an intuitive, effective product.

Designers create user-friendly products by focusing on clarity, simplicity, and intuitive interaction. They apply usability principles, use prototypes and testing to validate decisions, and refine designs with feedback to ensure both function and enjoyment.

Post-launch support includes monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, and adjustments to keep the product stable. Many teams offer maintenance plans with backups, updates, and enhancements to ensure long-term security and performance.

Deliverables progress from research, user flows, and wireframes to high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems. Development deliverables include production code, documentation, deployment files, repo access, and optional style guides or training materials.

Timelines vary by scope and complexity. Simple sites may take a couple of weeks, while larger platforms can take months. Team size, feedback, integrations, and revisions also affect duration, so clear planning and milestones are key.
